1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or executing TranslaCore, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application.

2. Proprietary License

TranslaCore grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for file translation. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting the APK architecture.
• Attempting to map, trace, or abuse the internal network APIs and AI engines.
• Distributing modified, patched, or cracked versions of the App.

3. Translation Accuracy Disclaimer

The localized output provided by TranslaCore is generated using complex machine learning algorithms. While we aim for the highest fidelity, we make no absolute guarantees regarding the contextual perfection, accuracy, or cultural nuances of the translated text. The output is provided "AS IS".

4. Anti-Tamper Mechanisms

TranslaCore is equipped with proprietary Security Shields designed to prevent execution on compromised Android environments (e.g., Rooted devices, Emulators, Hooking frameworks like Xposed/Magisk). Bypassing these shields terminates your license to use the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no legal theory shall SasBotix be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, corrupted source code, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
